Something New

  • Artists Rafael Frost, Jenry R, Tritonal
  • Release Date 2012-08-06
  • Labels Air Up There Recordings
  • Catalog AUTR019
  • Description Kicking off the long-awaited singles from Tritonal's 'Piercing the Quiet: Remixed' album is the Rafael Frost remix of 'Something New' featuring Jenry R. Out on August 6th, 'Something New' is a sign of the energy and intensity that fans should expect from the rest of the compilation.

Tritonal: 'When thinking about who we wanted to remix 'Something New', one name kept coming to mind - Rafael Frost! We've been hammering his "Smash" & "Channel 4" tracks this year and love his sound. He brought that huge festival atmosphere to this scorcher of a remix and we started playing it in our sets globally almost immediately. The response at Ultra Music Festival, EDC Las Vegas & NYC has been nothing short of phenomenal!'

'Something New' is one of 14 tracks from 'Piercing The Quiet' that were remixed by respected trance and progressive artists Stoneface & Terminal, Super8 & Tab, Daniel Kandi, Estiva, Beat Service, Craig Connelly, Seven Lions, The Madison, Ost & Meyer, Maor Levi, Juventa, and Dan Stone. A second set of ten club mixes reworked by Tritonal are also included in the 2-disc CD or digital download of 'Piercing The Quiet: Remixed,' which will be released on Enhanced Music on September 3, 2012.
