Up first an the title track of the EP we have Reset The World , opening with the line "you'll be begging for more" the tune slowly builds with haunting vocals hard beats and twisted leads , building and building adding layers of depth to a spine tingling drop to the break , where pianos an strings lift your spirit , readying you for the onslaught of filth that follows before combining the 2 to make a crescendo of sound to move you !
Feel Dat on the double A side gets involved quickly heavy punchy kicks , crisp snares and cheeky amens a plenty , layering in a catchy riff to get the tune rolling , Frantic beats and quirky arrangements make this a head shaker of a tune , drawing you into the break which opens out an drops you straight into an amenfest of old skool proportions , more lashings of bass and heavy panned leads keep up the head bending pressure !!
Over on the B side first tune up is Blur Face , taking a different style an tempo the Rumblist explores his half-time side with a blend of dubstep beats and breakbeats all mashed up to conjure a hybrid tune of epic proportions , building again with a catchy fucked up riff the tune builds to the break , where it stops briefly before it does what it says , "Drop The Bass" , proper oldskool tearout vibes !!!
Last and by no means least the dark horse , Tidy Up , a poker sample infused tune , a proper dirty , grimy , funked out strut of a tune , something to get low down an dirty too !! as the tune says " I can dodge bullets baby" and with this EP the Rumblist proves that he's not dodging the beats an the bass !!
