  • Release Date 2012-12-05

  • Description Catwash Records proudly welcomes on board Italian underground promising talent Silvie Loto for a collaboration with his brother, the unfamous but not less passionate and talented producer Lorenzo Loto. Add to this three remixes from tireless producer DJ W!LD, no doubt you have here a complete mind-blowing package.

'Natural selection' is a delicate and subtle track recalling Silvie and Lorenzo Loto taste for deep and forward-thinking house music, impressive by his gloomy mood and increasing power groove. DJ W!LD's interpretation of this tune is more bouncing but still obscure, an intense but sagacious balade into his deepest roots, asking in the end if you've got the groove. 'Night train' is a dark long-playing track, an hypnotic journey bathed into mesmerize and fascination, a tune that will put tension on the floors for sure. DJ W!LD delivers two long remixes of this underground masterpiece: the 'Eurostar remix' keeps the bewitching and aerial synthetizer and progresses slowly to the break where everything seems to stop, just to announce better the W!LD rocking beats that drop energy and sex into the second part of the track. Finally, the 'Thalys remix' is the weirdest of them all, sinking us into some kind of a David Lynch chimerical state, deep and dirty, spellbound and obscene but still sexy and lustfull.

Grew up with a deep interest in music since the very begining, Silvie Loto is considered today as one of the most promising DJ/producers to come out of Italy. Famous Italian Goa and Tenax clubs resident, she's been playing this summer in Amnesia Ibiza for one of the most acclaimed events of 2012, Marco Carola's 'Music on', and has been lionized for her versatile and deeply emotional sets. His brother Lorenzo Loto has the same dedication to quality house music, he's Tenax resident since 2009 and started his producer carrer the same year, and has since then released numerous top-notch records.

Resident at Circo Loco and Cocoon member, DJ W!LD is rising up to take his place as king of the underground, and is now a regular fixture of it all: the best international clubs and festivals, the leading labels, the hottest remixes and the sought-after DJ mixes, the press, the hype and the underground chatter... but the spirit that drives him is still remaining the same: deep, dark, acid, a little bit w!ld and always sexy music.

Established by DJ W!LD in 2005, Catwash Records has since welcomed on board a host of global talent including Sammy Dee, Chris Carrier, Shaun Reeves, Boris Werner, William Kouam Djoko, Gauthier DM, Gulivert or Julian M. and knows since the very beginning how to pick up good and fency tracks, carrying on to champion the fresh sounds of the underground. Avoiding a restricting genre, the Hors-Série side of the label gives fresh and new sounds still in the same colours but with an extra shiny feeling that reminds you that Catwash soul is not so far

After all, the brand freshly released a new record imprint, The W Label, a special place created for DJ W!LD and friends, which motto is we have wild records. The W Label hosts since then DJ W!LDs debut album Palace, and remix features by Art Department, Chris Carrier, DJ Sneak, Fries & Bridges, Gauthier DM, Jay Haze, Kerri Chandler, Radio Slave and SIS.
