Late At Night When Things Go Wrong

  • Release Date 2012-12-03
  • Labels Tulipa Recordings
  • Catalog TULIPA043
  • Description Brush strokes of freedom paint the exquisitely colorful Late At Night When Things Go Wrong. This bouquet has been secretly blooming deep within the garden for a few seasons now, and it is time for it to illuminate. Bruno Costenaro firmly showcases his refined repoire as a student of sophisticated tech-house music.

The groove-ridden style of the title track blends grounded energy with a cascade of mountainous minor chords. Late At Night When Things Go Wrong is submerged in inspiration derived from the form fitting heat of the summertime. Marasco laces his nectarine tinged remix with a pulsating bass line and smoky vocals- something specifically for those in the know. Bruno's next tune, Keep Talkin', delivers a fine glaze of underground funk. He uses lunar-kissed keys to launch the music high into the thermosphere. James Kameran forges a perfect journey inwards and sculpts his deep version of Keep Talkin' for those yearning for something darker. Bruno ends the EP exquisitely with Freak, another bomb that is liable to exploit all those who dare inject their minds and bodies into the groove.

Bruno Costenaro has been working with the Tulipa imprint since its fabled inception. After achieving an extremely refined taste in electronic music, Bruno presents this momentous release for the label. Late At Night When Things Go Wrong is the perfect prelude to the future sound of house and techno music derived from the Tulipa sensibility.
