Tomcraft's back once again, and he's in the mood to bounce. Get It Played is one of his grooviest cuts for some time, kicking off with rubbery kick drums, pumping hi-hats and widely-spread percussion before a rip-roaring, rampant beast of a guttural riff bores its way into the track from nowhere. Its rugged, gurgling texture cuts through the track like a hot knife through butter, receiving some heavy resonance filter treatment to twist it further still into animated life. Delicate, stuttered arpeggios recall Eric Prydz in a more joyous mood before a beast of a gated trance riff pulses into the breakdown in the most uplifting of fashions.
It's a track to keep in your arsenal of weapons as a surefire wrecking ball, full of life, vigour and excitement and a stark contrast to some of his more techy material for a while. Beast!
