Feelings EP

  • Artists Liquid Vision, Oila Alio, Liquid Vision, LIKWID
  • Release Date 2011-10-26
  • Labels Defcon Recordings
  • Catalog DEF041
  • Description Scottish producer Martin Newstead aka Liquid Vision has been winning over trance-lovers worldwide for a while now, and this year especially has seen his reputation grow even further. With numerous releases already receiving much attention this year, he now brings his first release on Defcon with an EP under his new alias LIKWID.

The Feelings EP comes with three versions of the title track and another new original, Apache.

Title track Feelings is an upbeat, melodic trance track, with an infectious and emotional lead riff, complimented by a tough bassline.

The Alternative mix is a harder, more driving variation of the original, with techy influences, made for the later-night dancefloors.

The final mix of Feelings comes from Martin's progressive Oila Alio alias, and delivers a slower, chunkier version of the track, and is sure to please those of a proggier persuasion.

Rounding off the EP is Apache, a high-powered, tech-fuelled monster of a track, full of driving energy with a pounding bsssline and sublime breakdown.

All in all we hope there is something in this EP to please everyone!

    Release date:
    26th October 2011 (Beatport exclusive)
    9th November 2011 (all stores)
