Back And Forth

  • Artists Phil Metcalfe, Sensi, N&R Project, Paul Todd
  • Release Date 2010-11-14
  • Labels Defcon Recordings
  • Catalog DEF011
  • Description Following some exemplary remix work, Defcon favourite Paul Todd brings us his debut original artist release with "Back And Forth"

The original mix is a chunky yet uplifting trance offering that combines an infectious lead with darker acid sounds and a rumbling bassline that is versatile enough to satisfy the dancefloor both early and late on!

Phil Metcalfe follows up his epic smash with Med "January" with a quality reworking of the original. Taking the fantastic synth lines and complimenting it with a well-polished sub-bass and a wicked breakdown.

Sensi offers us a more downtempo and somewhat darker interpretation of the track, providing us with a classical-style break and haunting stabs to go with the growling bassline.

Rounding things off and new to Defcon, N&R Project announce their arrival with a energetic and uplifting version, the first of many more!

All in all we hope the package contains something to please everyone with much more to come on Defcon from all involved!

    Release date:

    31st October 2010 (Audiojelly exclusive)
    14th November 2010 (all stores)
